Peg Delp has an extensive background and knowledge base in Real Estate. She grew up in a real estate family, both parents were Real Estate Brokers, with their company in the metropolitan Washington DC area. Peg was in the office learning the business, gaining the knowledge and dedication that can be defined as a concierge-driven full service real estate approach. Peg learned a strong work ethic, top shelf negotiating skills, an earnest commitment and uncompromising level of loyalty for her clients. Licensed in Florida in 1994 as a Real Estate Salesperson then earned her Broker’s license in 1997. Always striving to expand her real estate foundation, she believes in continuing education gaining additional niches and specialty services for her clientele. Real Estate is in her DNA.
Over the years, Peg discovered that there is a difference in the way individual Realtors do business. She is known for her solid work ethic, uncompromising loyalty to her clients, and top-shelf negotiating skills. Her Christian values are the foundation for her business, and she is unapologetic for her faith, integrity, and uncompromising standards.
Peg combines the implementation of today’s technology with the old-fashioned values of face-to-face communication and works equally as hard for a client who is buying their first starter home as she does for a client that is investing in a multi-million-dollar property.
In Peg’s spare time, she enjoys gardening and golf, and the precious time she spends with her two grown sons, beautiful daughter-in-law and sweet & spunky granddaughter.
